We do not sell your data.

VeilRSVP is built for weddings and events where guest information should be handled with care. We do not sell your waitlist, account, wedding, event, guest, RSVP, or collaborator data.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect the name, email address, planning role, and optional note you submit. Inside the product, VeilRSVP may store wedding, event, household, guest, collaborator, custom question, RSVP, CSV import, CSV export, and email update information needed to provide the service.

How we use it

We use your information to operate VeilRSVP, manage RSVP workflows, communicate about access or account activity, and improve the product. We do not use guest data as a product to sell.

Event data lifetime

VeilRSVP is being built around short-lived event data, including deletion one month after the last event for the wedding. Until that deletion workflow is complete, we will avoid describing automatic deletion as an active feature.
